Our Food Services Supervisor and Dietitian are dedicated to providing optimal nutritional care and quality food services to our residents.
A three-week menu is posted, which changes in the summer and winter. Residents' food preferences are always considered, as are their dietary requirements, such as diabetic or gluten-free requirements. Residents requiring specific dietary restrictions or texture modifications are assessed by the dietitian.
Meal times are: 8:00 a.m., 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There is also an afternoon snack and night lunch. Families are welcome to eat with a resident by simply calling a day in advance (there is a nominal fee for the meal).
